About ePlace
ePlace was created by Bill Scott. Bill has twenty years of experience in real estate in Cambridge and surrounding areas, including ten years as manager of Cambridge’s most successful real estate office in Huron Village. Bill had a vision of where the real estate business was headed and set out to create ePlace, offering buyers, sellers, renters, developers and investors a comprehensive and customized set of real estate services. He is joined by a strong founding group of agents and professionals who are committed to honoring customers and being on the cutting edge of real estate marketing and wealth-building.
ePlace believes in sharing its wealth and resources with the community. The company offers workshops on real estate and related topics that are free and open to the public. In addition, ePlace donates a portion of every transaction to five local charities: CHAF (Cambridge Housing Assistance Fund), Our Place, Summerbridge Cambridge, and Cambridge Camping. Our business affiliations include: The National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, and Cambridge Local First.
