Business ExperienceAfter 10 years of working directly with buyers and sellers and 10 years serving as a manager of the number one office in Cambridge and Somerville, Bill decided to build a company that is focused on adapting the real estate model to meet the needs of clients today and in the future. Bill started ePlace in the beginning of 2008 and hasn’t stopped looking for ways to grow and improve the business since. He is determined to create the most efficient and effective way to buy and sell real estate, no matter what the market conditions are. Bill maintains a firm understanding of the national and local real estate market by tracking trends and researching the state of the industry in general. Bill is confident that with his knowledge, experience and drive he will be able to successfully lead ePlace into the future and secure success for all team members. Professional AchievementBill was named Premier Office for Coldwell Banker/NRT for the last five years and was ranked second in the nation for key Production Criteria in 2005. During all of his five years as manager of the DeWolfe office, they were honored with Top Office of 100 and Top Office for PPP by units. Education and CertificationBill is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, with a degree in Business/Psychology specializing in Marketing. He is continually striving to remain on the forefront on the real estate industry through research and education. Bill is currently in the process of becoming an ePro certified agent through the National Association of Realtors. Community InvolvementBill is activity involved in both the business community in Cambridge/Somerville and his home community of Lexington. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Cambridge Community of Realtors. Bill is also an active member of the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, Cambridge Local First, Central Square Business Association, Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors. Bill also supports several local charity organizations by donating both his time and by making a financial contribution from every sales transaction that ePlace conducts. Personal InterestsEven in his free time, Bill’s passion for real estate is demonstrated by his commitment to studying the real estate industry, applying his knowledge in the field and sharing it with his friends and colleagues. Bill is also interested in exploring personal coaching with an emphasis on the whole self, and leadership and management through strong participation and using the power of clear vision. With three children, Bill has no shortage of family activities in his life. From coaching kids soccer to teaching Sunday school to spending time at the beach, he enjoys his time with his family in a variety of ways. He also plays basketball and enjoys running, rollerblading, biking, boating, yoga and creative cooking. |
