BethAnn originates from Albuquerque, NM, and has been a Massachusetts resident since 1996, beginning her 12 year real estate career straight out of college. She brings a vast array of experience to ePlace, both on the rental and sales portion of the business, after being the top sales producer and Rental Manager for 4 years at another local real estate company. She is also a landlord and real estate Investor, has a good amount of experience in home renovation and improvement, and served on the condo association board of her first investment property.
She brings her experience, dedication, sense of integrity, and enthusiasm to every deal she works on, always keeping in mind what is in the best interest of both her rental and sales clients.
BethAnn is a world traveler and PADI certified scuba diver, former professional actress, and a multiple- award winning costume designer. In her spare time, she enjoys entertaining at her home, cooking, gardening, reading, and skiing. She also has a background in interior design and is a novice, but “budding” gardener.
