Gary took the time to answer my many questions about neighborhoods and housing values, taught me how to look at property, how to evaluate a listing, and was patient during the eight weeks we worked together. (We looked at 15 places before I saw the condo I bought.) He accepted the constraints of my situation – that I had to have an offer on my house before I would feel comfortable making an offer on a condo – and I never felt pressured to make decisions before I was ready. It was wonderful to work with Gary because of his personal integrity, and the intelligence and insight he brings to the process because he is such an experienced real estate agent. I valued the clarity with which he explained the details of everything from mortgages to purchase & sale agreements but most of all I was grateful for his calm throughout what is an inherently stressful experience. He was kind and funny and generous, even going so far as to drive me to my condo after the closing in time for me to meet the movers.
