“I had an extremely pleasant experience working with Lilia Gouarian. I arrived in Boston for my new job a few days after the usual move-in date of September 1st, and so the chances of me finding housing were quite slim. After scrambling to contact real estate agents through Craigslist, I eventually landed on Lilia’s advertisement for a 2BR opening in the heart of Central Square that had only been on the market for 2 hours. I immediately contacted her, and she was able to show me the apartment within an hour. I was absolutely stunned when I saw the place–a beautiful backyard, an in-unit laundry, and a great monthly rent. What I admired most about Lilia was her professionalism, thoroughness, and personable character.
